Boasting a prime location, the comfortable hotel invites guests to a Greek restaurant serving Russian dishes.

Situated 3.5 km from the Ararat Museum, the hotel also gives access to such sports venues as Hrazdan Stadium, which is 3.1 km away. Religious sights in the area include the Armenian Apostolic church "Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral" (6 km) and the Armenian Saint Sarkis Cathedral (3.8 km).
